Lori Nemeti Kasprack has served as the Vice President of Operations at FMC Group since 2004. Under this role, she is responsible for the entire company operation, including human resources, collections, client relations and IT.
Prior to joining FMC, Kasprack worked at Allied Interstate from 1999-2004 as a Client Services Manager. She was the liaison for the corporate IT department and was responsible for maintaining relations with a national client and monthly reconciliations.
Kasprack also previously served in various roles – from Vice President of Operations to Insurance Manager – with FMC under its first charter. Her last role with the company included responsibilities overseeing the Florida office of 95 employees and its inventory of more than $150 million. Kasprack began her tenure with FMC as a self pay collector. Previously, she worked at GC Services as a collector and at Teltec as a unit manager. Kasprack began her career at Montgomery Ward/Jefferson as an administrative assistant and customer service representative in the call center.
